I’m a mom of 3, wife, daughter, friend, and neighbor. Striving to be my best self constantly to improve in every area listed above, but most of all for myself. I took my first in person class in May 2021 and while in Savasana I had a life changing experience. I felt like I had been doing it forever and I knew I had found my “thing”. Shortly after I started my first 200hr training, I have since completed a short continued learning Yoga for Trauma training, as well. The goal is to always remain teachable.  My favorite part of yoga is that there isn’t a right or wrong, no winning or losing. Just be. We don’t practice yoga to gain, we practice to let go. Can’t wait to meet on the mat, Namaste. Allie Harris RYT200

Hi Beautiful Souls! I remember taking my first yoga class over 23 years ago and feeling like i was at home. I am blessed to be a part of a beautiful blended family where I am a mom to 6 and a Mimi to one perfect little boy.  I believe we are all here to share our gifts and experiences and serve all.  My favorite part of yoga is it allows for creativity to flow without judgement. I  am currently enrolled in my 300 hr course. I am certified to teach yin, yoga nidra, hot vinyasa, hatha. I look forward to connecting with you and helping  you on your journey home to your true self. Love to all.

Yoga is a way of life and practicing daily helps me achieve peace. I’ve been a yogi for nearly 2 decades and started seriously studying yoga in 2019 to deepen my own practice and to help others discover theirs. I enjoy all types of disciplines but concentrate on Hatha to prepare for meditation. I enjoy Yoga Nidra and helping guide students into a blissful universe. My focus is to help adults become more aware of themselves and how to live a balanced life through Ayurvedic philosophy. I do hope you join me.

After many years of running/jogging, biking and backpacking, I felt very stiff and sore.  In the late 1990s, I was introduced to the practice of yoga to battle the effects of these activities.Yoga started as a means for me to enjoy these activities, but soon yoga became a passion itself; not only the asana practice, but the yoga tradition and spirituality.  Seeing the many health and wellness benefits of practicing in myself, I decided to teach others.  I began yoga teacher training through the Yoga Fit program in 2013 and became a certified 200 RYT in 2016. I believe yoga is for everyone and should be practiced with a light heart, and often some laughter.  I teach to all levels, fostering a safe and peaceful practice, while creating a welcoming environment in every class.
